Group Study Rooms & Pods

Group Study Rooms and Pods are available at Milner library for small groups who need a quiet space to study or discuss group projects. Private Group Study Rooms have a whiteboard. Glass-enclosed Group Study Pods have whiteboards, monitors, and adjustable lights.

These spaces are available on a "first come, first served" basis.

Group Study Rooms

  • Floor 4: Quiet group study rooms are available in 420A, 420B, 421A, 421B, 430A, 430B, 431A, and 431B
  • Floor 5: 520A, 520B, 531A, 531B

Group Study Pods

  • Floor 5: Near the restrooms - 2 pods
  • Floor 5: From the center stairwell entrance, straight ahead and to the right - 7 pods

Group Study Room Guidelines

  1. These study spaces are available to students, faculty and staff. They should be used by no fewer than two and no more than four (rooms) or five (pods) people at one time.
  2. Do not leave items in the room unattended. Items left unattended for longer than one half-hour will be removed by library staff and placed in the Lost and Found located at the Service Desk.
  3. Please remember to remove all trash before exiting the room.
  4. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in the loss of group study room/pod access.
