This exhibit of student work from course ART 351 references the fluidity of bodies and how they change in relationship to time in abstract and representational themes.
Through the mediums of paint, graphic design, photography, drawing and sculpture, the artists make an effort to elaborate or perhaps better explain the human experiences of our times. The artists are asking how we might best use the time we have, how we may take time for granted, and what it means to connect with others.
This show offers pops of color, deep insights, and luscious surprises. The artwork also explores reflections, fresh perspectives about being back in school, and for some, interpretations of their time spent alone.
Time and Body is a multi-media exhibition with art by Jordyn Adams, Alexis Adolfs, Mikah Brown, Sarah Lisitza, Joe Martin, David Mecner, Daniel Rios Narciso, Guste Savukynaite, Regan Stewart, Shengjie Wang, Grace Wepprecht, and Leqi Xu.
