Biography
Carrie Forbes, PhD, MLS, MA, is the Dean of Milner Library at Illinois State University. She has served on numerous national committees, including as Chair of the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) Instruction Section and on the ACRL Board of Directors. Her research focuses on changing academic library roles, information literacy pedagogy, and the nature and impact of collaborative work in academic libraries.
