Milner Library enters new open access agreement with Elsevier

The three-year agreement (2026-2028) with Elsevier waives Article Processing Charges (APCs) for 26 articles accepted by Illinois State University corresponding authors in hybrid journals each year. Eligible corresponding authors include current Illinois State University faculty, staff, and students.
