The Niiyama Poetic Japanese Pottery collection draws upon the work and contribution of faculty and staff of Milner Library and the Illinois State University community. The collection has proven to be a challenging but worthwhile digital initiative in representing in an interactive fashion Mitsuya Niiyama’s hand-crafted pottery based on his interpretation of the Ogura Hyakunin Isshu.

Grateful thanks are due to the following for assisting the recovery, research, digitization and online presentation of the collection in important ways.
