Provides access to a variety of information by and about the United States Congress. It indexes Congressional publications from 1789 to the present and provides access to Legislative Histories for public laws (1969-); testimony from congressional hearings (1824-); bill texts and status (1989-); the Congressional Record (1985-); the Federal Register (1980-); and the US Serial Set (1789-1969), and information about members and committees.

Index to materials published by the US Government Printing Office. This index is valuable for using the Milner Library Documents Collection. Updated monthly. Provides citations, abstracts.
    CQ Electronic Library
CQ Electronic Library is a definitive reference resource for research in American government, politics, history, public policy, and current affairs. This platform unites several modules allowing them to be searched all at once or by themselves.

Current modules are CQ Global Researcher, CQ Researcher, the Encyclopedia of US Political History and the Historic Documents series.
    Federal Register Library
The Federal Register Library includes the Federal Register which is updated on a daily basis. It's coverage is comprehensive and begins from inception (1936). It also includes the CFR from inception (1938), United States Government Manual from inception (1935), Daily and Weekly Compilation of Presidential Documents from inception (1965).
    HeinOnline Government, Politics and Law Collection
The HeinOnline Government, Politics and Law Collection provides full-text access to core legal journals and other legal materials. It includes federal laws, regluations, case law, and reports and opinions of the U.S. Attorney General, and more. Contained within the collection are libraries such as Foreign Relations of the United States, Legal Classics, US Congressional Documents, US Supreme Court Library , just to name a few.
    Historic Documents
The online equivalent of the entire run of the print serial Historic documents, issued since 1972, each annual volume of which contains approximately 100 documents covering the most significant events of the year. The documents include presidential speeches, international agreements, Supreme Court decisions, U.S. governmental reports, scientific findings, and cultural discussions. Documents are preceded by introductory material to provide historical and intellectual context. Documents may be searched by full-text keyword, title, and topic; a cumulative index is provided. Provides full text.
    Historical Statistics of the United States
Historical Statistics of the United States: Millennial Edition is a compendium of statistics from over 1000 sources and covers topics such as health, crime, slavery, American Indians, economic sectors and poverty.

    Homeland Security Digital Library
The Homeland Security Digital Library (HSDL) is the nation's premier collection of documents related to homeland security policy, strategy, and organizational management. The HSDL is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's National Preparedness Directorate, FEMA and the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security.

The Homeland Security Digital Library is composed of homeland security related documents collected from a wide variety of sources. These include federal, state, tribal, and local government agencies, professional organizations, think tanks, academic institutions, and international governing bodies. Resources are carefully selected and evaluated by a team of librarians and subject-matter specialists.
    Military and Government Collection (EBSCO)
Provides information from over 320 military and general interest publications and indexing for over 360 magazines. Includes citations, abstracts, and full text.
    Statistical Abstract of the United States
Provides statistics on the social, political, and economic organization of the United States. Use as a convenient volume for statistical reference and as a guide to sources of more information both in print and on the Web. Sources of data include the Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Bureau of Economic Analysis, and many other Federal agencies and private organizations.
    Statistical Abstract of the United States (ProQuest) 1790 to present
Provides statistical tables and charts covering various aspects of social, political, and economic life. Emphasis is on the United States, but some tables cover regions, states, cities, and comparative international statistics. Information is gathered from all agencies of the federal government and from private, commercial, and professional sources. The Statistical Abstract of the United States is designed to serve as a convenient source for statistical reference and as a guide to other statistical publications and sources. Most data are presented in time series and include the most recent year available at time of publication.
