    Database of Recorded American Music (DRAM)
DRAM is a not-for-profit resource providing educational communities with on-demand streaming access to CD-quality audio (192kbps Mp4), complete original liner notes and essays from independent record labels and sound archives. DRAM's collection contains nearly 2,300 albums worth of recordings from a distinctive set of 15 independent labels, and more content is continually being added.

QuickTime 6.5.2 or later is the preferred player for DRAM streaming media.
    Jazz Music Library (Music Online)
This resource is the largest and most comprehensive collection of streaming jazz available online -- with thousands of jazz artists, ensembles, albums, and genres. Currently includes nearly 5000 jazz albums.
    National Jukebox 1910-1930
Presented by the Library of Congress, the National Jukebox includes recordings from the extraordinary collections of the Library of Congress Packard Campus for Audio Visual Conservation and other contributing libraries and archives. Recordings in the Jukebox were issued on record labels now owned by Sony Music Entertainment, which has granted the Library of Congress a gratis license to stream acoustical recordings.
    Naxos Music Library
Provides online access to the Naxos, Marco Polo and Dacapo catalogues of over 85,000 tracks, including Classical music, Jazz, World, Folk and Chinese music recordings. Works may be selected by composer, artist, period, year of composition, instrument or genre. Playlists can be created. Also available is information about the works, artists, and composers. Updated continually. NOTE: Adobe Flash is the default player for Naxos Music Library. Please make sure you have Adobe Flash Player version 9 for MAC or version 10 for PC.

Minimum requirements: Flash Version: Minimum 9.0.60. 10 recommended. Browser: Internet Explorer 7+, FireFox 2+, Safari 2+, Chrome (any version with Flash support). OS requirements: Any OS that can meet the browser and Flash requirements

    Naxos Spoken Word Library
Concentrating largely on literary classics and educational themes, Naxos Spoken Word Library offers audio version of literature and poetry, ranging from medieval times to the twentieth century. Adobe Flash is the default player for the streamed audio files. NOTE: Only five (5) people can access this resource at one time. If you see a "maximum users reached" message, please try again later.
