More about RefWorks

To use RefWorks you will first need to create a personal RefWorks account. To do so go to the Login to your Refworks Account page. Click "Sign up for a New  Account" and follow on-screen instructions.

Once you have created your account, you can access it from any computer connected to the Internet. When accessing RefWorks off campus you may be prompted to enter the ISU group subscription code. Our group code is included in an introductory email sent when you first register for the service.  You can also access our group code using the View our RefWorks group code link above.

There is no limit to the number of RefWorks accounts you may have.  You may also share your login name and password with colleagues with whom you are collaborating.  The RefShare feature of RefWorks allows you to share citations with colleagues without sharing your login name and password. Your colleagues do not have to have RefWorks accounts of their own to access a RefShare folder.

For help using RefWorks or to report problems, contact Angela Bonnell or Anita Foster at Milner Library.
